The Funds investment objective is to replicate the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that provides exposure to the performance of companies involved in the global space exploration, equipment and communications industries. In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the Manager will use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities of the MVIS Global Space Industry ESG Index (the Index) being the stock, American depository receipts (ADRs), and global depository receipts (GDRs).
